• Contact & inquiry information you submit: name, email, phone, message, property interest. Submitted through our contact/inquiry forms (via POST /api/inquiry); stored in our database to respond to your request.
• Usage information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city-level), and referral source — via standard server logs and, if enabled, analytics (e.g., Vercel Analytics / GA4). No sale of personal information.
• Cookies: essential cookies for site operation and, where enabled, analytics cookies. You may control cookies through your browser settings.

How We Use Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide requested real estate services.
• To improve the site, understand which content is helpful, and fix issues.
• To comply with law and MLS data licensing requirements.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the site (hosting on Vercel, database on Neon, email delivery via Resend where configured) and where required by law. MLS listing data is displayed under license from the applicable MLS; listing inquiries may be shared with the listing office as needed to assist you.

Data Retention & Your Choices

Inquiry records are retained as needed to provide service and meet legal retention obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry data by emailing ramaimarvin@gmail.com. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time (unsubscribe link where present, or reply “unsubscribe”).

California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. To exercise rights, contact us at the email above.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No internet transmission is 100% secure; please do not submit sensitive financial information through the contact form — we will arrange a secure method if needed.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
